Well put.  I have a Russian friend whom I think says 'LEE-nukes'.

But that raises another question:  if you find an icon of an upraised
finger, in computer documentation, are you supposed to type 'sudo' ? :)

Just so now you can say you've 'heard' everything:
my team pronounces  'su root'  as  "sue to ruut".  :)
