Not really, because z/VM doesn't emulate everything. Some things get
passed through to the hardware without comment.

implementation. The Flex guys paid a lot of money and a lot of lawyers
to go through it and license all the necessary patents properly.

There's a nice article in zJournal this month by Phil Smith that
discusses the emulation scene in a lot of detail. It'd sure be nice if
IBM decided play nice now that the PSI threat no longer exists.
