Well, there's "emacs -batch ..."; have it load and call smtpmail...

More seriously: it's really not hard to configure Postfix for this.
You basically have to set the myhostname and relayhost variables in
/etc/postfix/main.cf.  Be kind to your mail group and accept bounces.
