Instead of putting the terminal ID on every connect command, you can use
the "terminal myID" command to set myID as the default terminal ID for the
current ts-shell session.

The lnxhvc0 ID is the default terminal ID because it is a "reserved" name by
the iucv hvc driver. In contrast, iucvtty can be started with arbitrary
terminal IDs.

The terminal identifiers are similar to port numbers in tcp. They are necessary
to identify iucvtty instances or iucv hvc terminals on target systems.

The lnxhvc* identifiers are reserved for the iucv hvc kernel device driver.
To avoid confusion, it is not recommended to use these IDs with iucvtty if
the iucv hvc kernel device driver active. (The device driver typically takes
precedence over the iucvtty program).
