If you're using Reiser, then it's time to change course. Do it in two steps: 
reiser=>ext3, SLES10=> SLES11. That way you have stable code in both steps.

I don't recommend either yet. Btrfs isn't ZFS yet and there's no significant 
advantage or track record for ext4 yet.
