It sounds logical, but the line in the yast update screen implies SP4.  For 
example,

│slesp4-SPident             │Recommended update for SPident            
│recommended│7441-0    │

Sounds like these were patches for the SP3 version of the packages, which means 
they were obsoleted by SP4, but because the patch info files are already on the 
system, they still how up in your list.
