Hello, I was going through the process of performing the upgrade on another system with my cohort. We were going to gather all the evidence to open a service request. The upgrade got past the point where it was not finding a product to be upgraded. My cohort said he did not apply all the latest SP4 maintenance. When I went through it with him, we did all the maintenance.
The upgrade did not complete successfully, but got further. Ron, Well that's pretty unhelpful. :( If the logs are still on the system, it's not too late to open up a service request about it. That upgrade path has been tested, which is why it has been declared to be supported in the release notes.
