So you've validated that SELinux is _not_ the problem.  Time for everyone to 
stop blaming it and move on to figuring out what is really causing the problem. 
 That process may or may not require your involvement, but based on what you've 
relayed so far, it might be to your benefit to be involved so as to shorten the 
length of time it takes to figure things out.
