Your 'CP Q V' output does not show the NIC. But ...

Looks like you issued that 'CP Q V' from MAINT, based on the addresses
of several of the disks.

You want to do the 'CP Q V' from the ID / virtual machine where you want
to run Linux. (And tell me you're *not* trying to boot Linux on your
MAINT ID. That's technically possible, but not really a good idea. Too
long to discuss in this note.) Earlier in this thread, you mentioned
LNXMAINT.
