Then I would say there is something else wrong.  If the guest is not supposed 
to be VLAN aware, then you shouldn't try to specify any VLAN IDs, and the 
message about 0 being added to eth0 shouldn't be causing a problem.  I saw it 
on all my test installs and it never caused a problem for me.
