Its failing due to LibreOffice ( an Office productivity suite ) and libpurple ( a sametime chat protocol library ) not being available, but they are getting pulled in as dependancies of other packages when you select 'with GUI'
Do you want to run a full desktop environment on your Z system ? If not, you can do a vanilla Server install and add on the X environment later with yum so you can forward GUI displays to your workstation through the ssh tunnel.
