Mark, it does not run anymore on any of the new mainframes. It will install and start to come up and then crash with a segmentation fault. Mozilla has been aware of the problem.

Mozilla Firefox has been available on mainframe Linux for rather a long time. I've built it numerous times for Slack/390.
