I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but it seems that almost all the
people I've seen that have BP6 problems are running Matrox G400 cards. Perhaps
this is a possible cause, and if it is, what does Abit have to say about it.
Obviously if the QQ bios fixes some problems then Abit made some mistakes when
they designed the board. Perhaps they could confirm this also.

I know I'm runing a G400 32MB DualHead, and I got lockups periodically until I
got the QQ beta bios. It seems to have dimmed most of my problems for the time
being, but I suspect they will arise again, maybe not as frequently though.

If anybody is running something other than a matrox it would be nice if you
could come forward so that I can gather a bigger picture as to what the cause
might be of these lockups. The reason I think it's the Matrox/BP6 combo is
that I know several people that have run their SMP bp6 systems overclocked from
333 -> 500+ with matrox g200's and other cards (other than the g400) and had
absolutely no lockups with it.

Anyway, that's just my 2c.

Regards,

Patrick
