This is why Democracy is *ILLEGAL* at the Federal and State level.
Read the Constitution...it clearly states that the United States federal
government is a Republic *AND* also states that each state, to be a member,
must also guarantee to its citizens that it is also a Republic.
The word "Democracy" does not appear in the Constition, nor do any other
words of the same root.
Democracy is 500 wolves and 100 lambs voting on what to have for dinner.
An American-style Constitutional Republic has representatives from the
populace at large voting on what to have for dinner, with the fundamental
provision that the rights of the lambs (including the right to life)
shall NOT be violated...REGARDLESS of what the wolves want.

No. The latest Ultra Wide II SCSI adapters are capable of 160 MB/s.
That is megabytes, not megabits. And this makes SCSI of course much
faster than USB, parallel, serial, Firewire, or any of the other
much-hyped ports. Nothing beats SCSI, nothing. SCSI: it's just
better. Especially when using a true multitasking system like OS/2 or
running a server. I know folks who have all-SCSI: SCSI card, SCSI
scanner, SCSI hard drive, SCSI tape drive, SCSI CD-RW.
