Take your pick. Killing in war is neither illegal, unethical, nor immoral.

What's more, you introduce the Bible as supporting your point when it has
been shown that it doesn't. Unless, of course you actually believe what you
posted earlier, "...because God gets to decide who is human, and anybody the
Isrealites want to kill were simply excluded from the definition." Have you
found a source for this claim of yours?

Provide a source, other than your belief, that killing in war is illegal,
unethical, and immoral.

If you decide to use another butchered text from scripture, I'd first
suggest you find a source for your claim that, "...God gets to decide who is
human, and anybody the Isrealites want to kill were simply excluded from the
definition."

A full-featured BSOD is one

No, it's just marketing. Just like the Windows myth.

Depends on the camo.

In WW1 and WW2, the navy often used the "make it look like a different
class of ship" technique.

It depends on where the ship was patrolling. If the ship was headed
for the North Atlantic, they mostly used the "dazzle" camo technique.

If the ship was headed for the South Pacific, or making trans-Atlantic
runs near the equator, then they used the false-silhoutte technique.

Each method has it's strenths and weaknesses, so they tried to match
them to the ships mission and environment.

Oh boy. I have two cards. One is DHCP. One is a static address. This works
FLAWLESSLY on Windows. It's barf time with BOTH Mandrake 7.2 and SuSE 7.1.

I have the screensaver for NT. Takes a look at the system and
generates a realistic BSOD, as well as locking out the keyboard and
mouse for the first 15 seconds. Nice :)

It used to be available at www.sysinternals.com If you google search
on BSOD screensaver you should find it.

One could _almost_ argue that the existence of linux combined with the
lack of any real commercial Microsoft competitors *proves* a monopoly.
The incredible amounts of volunteer effort needed to create linux
could never been mustered if commercial alternatives to Windows had
been able to survive long enough to satisfy those users' needs.

In a way, Microsoft has only themselves to blame for the open-source
juggernaut.

With three Slackware systems and one throw-away Windows system in the
house, the only hysteria you'll hear from me is hysterical laughter
every time MS puts their foot in it. What tickles my gizzard here is
the part about how third-party MP3 applications will eventually work
"adequately".

Why only "adequately"?

Maybe it's just a poor choice of words by the MS spokesperson, but I
don't think so in light of MS's growing chuminess with the RIAA and
their talk about incorporating end-to-end media content protection in
XP. What *I* think they mean by "adequate" is that eventually MP3's
will be treated by XP as content-protected, in much the same way that
DAT automatically stamps audio inputs as copyrighted and won't even
let you duplicate your own recordings.

I asked:

You didn't answer the question. What statement did Paul Allen make that
you claim is perjury? If you can't come up with a reference, you're
just blowing smoke. And possibly committing libel yourself.

I haven't ever heard that Paul Allen was called to testify, although it's
entirely possible that he was.

I don't know, I was working. However, even the pro-Microsoft press
admitted that EVERY MICROSOFT OFFICER who appeared on the witness
stand was caught in at least one lie.

Allen testified, and he's a Microsoft officer.

Do the math.
