there appear to be a couple of problems with md.c
1)mc.c:40: conflicting types for `sys_setsid'

2)
../../gcc/expr.c:2624: Internal compiler error in function emit_move_insn_1
cpp: output pipe has been closed

commenting out the printk in md_error
around line 2925 make this problem go away.

I am running with egcs rpm 1.1.2-24

gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release)
