Proxy and Gateway

I want to be able to use my linux machine as a proxy for my windows 98
machines.  Is there any help or resources that anyone can point me towards
so that i might do it.




BTW here is my current setup

Linux machine.
6.4 gig hardrive
ISA NE2000 Netowrk Card.
24 Meg ram
486 Dx4 100
1 meg Et4000 Video Card
1 56k Zoom  Modem

Now i want to use linux to dial into my isp with my modem and then allow me
to access the net with my connected windows 98 machine.
