Ummm...
   I think the network configuration programs you speak of set up TCP/IP
networking, and the original poster is talking about NETWARE networking
(or maybe IPX, I don't know...) In other words, what *Microsoft* calls a
network, not what Unix calls a network.
   For that, he needs to look at Samba, and I haven't found an easy,
user-friendly way to set up Samba. Suggestions?
