Actually NETWARE is what Novell calles Networking, and is IPX based and you
need a packges called mars_nwe which is thouroughly discussed in the IPX Howto.
NT/SMB/CIFS is what Microsoft calls networking, and you'll need Samba, and
there are several links on the page to GUI configuration tools. Even one
written in Java and one that runs on Win95 & NT.
NIS,NFS,LPD is what UNIX calls networking and they can be setup from
control-panel or any decent config tool on Linux.
