Hi Bikramjit!
It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but Applixware 4.4.1 has
all those functions. Being a complete office suite, there are lots of
other features that you may not need. The same applies to StarOffice
5.0, though I can't guarantee that, as I'm not yet using it. It's really
elephantine with over 60 M for the *.tar.gz!
