Hello All,  I have it in the administrators words :
        'please do not use these they -are- -extremely- over loaded'
        I would recomend getting the xntpd sources & digging thru
        there for email addresses the admin's & ask before using .
        Some of them I'll admit aren't taking the time to reply or
        the mailbox has long since disappeared .  But still please
        send an email to try to get permissions .  Tnx
