fax & data on one modem

Does anybody know about a package, that can differ between a fax and a data
connection for incoming calls?
I need something like that quite urgently, so we can use one line for
dial-up and for receiving faxes, since the dialup is purely for checking
emails, there is no need to get a dedicated line just for that.
