how to configure Netscape

hi,

we have a Mircosoft proxy 2.0 . i am not able to
connect to internet . netscape tries to connect to the
proxy and the requested host alternately, but is not
able to do the same after some time "access denied "
message is shown . 

is there an java browser that can be used on Linux and
which is able to connect to microsoft proxy 2.0]
