Citrix also has UNIX integration services where they
basically port X to WinFrame, Windows Terminal
Server/MetaFrame in the same manner that the ICA
protocol is ported. Over local networks the
performance is superior to ICA and RDP. But yes Adam
is correct you are going to need to get the ICA based
addon (MetaFrame) for Windows Terminal server. This
costs anywhere from $4000 to $5000 for 15 user
(concurrent that is) license.  You could use that
alone and the Linux or Java ICA clients and it will
work fine. Or if you want or need (ex. you have 100 X
terminals) you can get the UNIX inegration services
(not sure how much it costs but nothing from Citrix is
cheap). Good luck.
