Hi All,

I was working my problem of "cannot change permission on mountable drive" (see previous mails), and accidentally killing a process.

When I reboot, the boot processing went through checking root file system, /dev/hda10 clean check, setting up ISA PNP devices, and after Remounting root file system in read-write mode it stopped there and couldn't go further. I used a floppy to boot. It did the same things and stopped there.

I don't know what to do to rescue my system. I cannot any file under linux file system to go the log files. Please tell me what to do. Any suggestion will greatly appreciated.
