Yes, I do recall us having this conversation last year ;-)  To be perfectly
honest I don't remember how it was done.  We have done several products with
hardware watchdogs during that period.  Ironically none of them made it into
major production...  Now we go for a more simple software watchdog system.

If you can run the Linux loader with interrupts off, I would suggest trying
that.  I vaguely remember this being an issue before.

After the shakeup with Acorn/Element 14/Pace last year a lot of that
documentation has disappeared - in fact anyone who worked on the hardware for
that product is no longer with either E14 or Pace.
