Simply cat-ting files doesn't work, because you need ioctl() to set the
correct sample rate and data formats. The UCB1200 is a _mono_ device,
while the UDA1341 is a _stereo_ device, so I don't expect your output
files to be the same.
Next to that, we know that the UCB1200 audio source is broken. Nobody
touched it for quite some time, so bitrot is quite likely.
