Well I have run their J9 jre for the last 3 months and
it seems to be quite stable. The only problem is
to get a license price from IBM.
The HW used have been our Popey card with SA1100, 16MB
ram, kernel 2.2.12, glibc 2.1.2
Other options would be Insignia (wich only supports
java 1.1 and doesn't seems to have any plans for
java 1.2 for arm linux)
