Kaffe doesn't do JDK1.3 (or all of JDK1.2) but depending on what you
want you may find it usefull.
I've not tried it yet but Transvirtual (who are heavily involved in
Kaffe development) market Kaffe for PDAs and such like so I expect it
works.
