Phase 4 and 5 Assabets have different flash components... sorry about
that.
Change the definition of msc0_config in bootldr/boot-sa1100.s (around
line 1441) to have the same bank 0 definition as Bitsy (directly above).
Specifically, ... | MSC_RDF(14) | MSC_RDN(3) | MSC_RRR(2).
