Hyperterminal boot loader fails

Hi everyone,

I am trying to communicate with Angel on the ARM7TDMI by hyperterminal.
Most of the initial greeting comes up correctly on reset but the 
command prompt is garbled and I can't communicate with it.
Any Ideas?
