More details : after a few "dead" telnets , I see this on the board:

tcp 0 0 10.0.0.50:telnet 10.0.0.31:3289
ESTABLISHED

tcp 7 0 10.0.0.50:telnet 10.0.0.31:3283
CLOSE_WAIT

tcp 1 0 10.0.0.50:telnet 10.0.0.31:3282
CLOSE_WAIT

(and I see it for a long time , the same)

here's my /dev dir:

After exact 3 tries (which succeeded), the 4th - is dead. (not the board,
just telnetting to it)

The /dev point modes and ownership must be exact, something like root:tty or
root:root, mode 627
