.gov.uk link for it. Not exactly a mighty tome, but I suppose that's a 
Good Thing (TM).

Sorry to be a bit cynical, but I've been on the receiving end of these 
charlies every since I decided I'd be an academic. I guess that on the 
whole it is good news rather than bad.
