I installed the liscensed version of OSS, and
I have been having trouble getting tkmidi
to compile since I upgraded my RH5.0 to
RH6.0 yesterday. In fact, it never even reached
the tkmidi compile, but got confused in dumb.c.
The error message is
dumb_c.c:54: initializer element is not
constant
I am not quite sure what is misconfigured here.
The error occurs with either the
xmkmf makefile or the Makefile.simple, and with
4.3.a and 4.2.b. Any suggestions?
I would be very interested in getting this sorted
out, as tkmidi was one of my favorite
apps in the old configuration.
Oh, and feel free to reply via e-mail rather than to the list.
