I had similar reports, but can't figure out exactly what is the
problem.  It seems the difference of gcc or libc.  Which gcc and libc
version do you have?

53:   ctl_pitch_bend, ctl_pitch_sense,
54:   ctl_system_change, ctl_effects_change, ctl_main_vol,
55: };

Possibly, removing the last comma on that line might help..
