  This is somewhat arbitrary, but OK.  I saw that this is sufficiently
vague however that it is cause for vultures to sue the marrow out of your
bones.  Sheesh, how can you americans do ANY business in such a legal
environment?

  Is this the consensus of the discussions?  I thought that we more tended
towards renewing when WE find it necessary, and not be forced by a fixed
term or the marketing-driven upgrade policy of the distributions.  As
Scott pointed out, we probably will be reviewing the objectives and the
exams more frequently.
