In relation to this question, I am setting up an Alpha server for my
network (one RedHat box, one Windoze and soon, a second Alpha)

Now, my half of the plip question...It seems that this setup would work
just as well with two desktops, but will it work with an i386 and an Alpha
(considering Alpha's special setup)...using the i386 as the NFS
server...and so that the Alpha could then be the network server later?

-Thanks
