Cannot connect to Altavista

Hi,
This is a problem for a few weeks. I am using Netscape, and I can
connect everywhere, except Altavista.  Lynx even cannot connect. It
works from w95.
I am using a dial-up connection with ppp, and I thought that it is
something with my ppp options. My options are just 'defaultroute crtscts
debug'. Any ideas?
