Not sure should ask the question here or not?
I am using slackware, not red hat. I don't have slackware 4.0, but I
want to try out gnome. I read from document, before I install I should
have these :
libjpeg ( I download 6b, untar it, but no makefile)
( I have one on my linux, but I don't think so is 6b, document
stated that must be 6b or higher)
libpng (install OK)
libungif ( install OK )
libtiff ( install OK )
zlib ( install OK)
libgr ( I stop here, tired installing, any easier way to install all in
once)
ImageMagick, guile, Berkeley DB not install yet.
Is Berkeley DB gnu?
Any easier way to install all these things?
