My mistake ... I'm sorry. That's what I get/deserve for being in a hurry.

It should be on for levels 2 through 5, and off for 0, 1, and 6. If you want it
on even for single user mode, although the general theory behind that mode is
to only turn on as little as absolutely necessary, then turn it on for level 1
as well.
