If you've defined the "serial=" directive of "/etc/lilo.conf" correctly, then
it will work. You'll know if you've defined it correctly by whether or not you
see the LILO boot prompt. If you do see the LILO boot prompt, but still can't
respond to it, then something is wrong with your ability to send input data to
the port.
