Read the documentation. Honestly.
There are redhat tools like netcfg and linuxconf that will allow you
to set all this up. Especially linuxconf as it manipulates
/etc/conf.modules to set up the ethernet drivers for you. For
example, here I have a 3com 509B card, and it sets it up like this:
alias eth0 3c59x
After that, the magical files are /etc/sysconfig/network and
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth*
I tend to manage these files myself, but netcfg and linuxconf also set
these up for you.

Been there, done that. I've seen this card work, even with redhat5.2.
Use the SVGA driver. Get the latest XFree86 rpm packages out of the
redhat 6.2beta to get the most out of it (as the drivers mature all
the time). Or go to nvida's home page and use the X driver from
there... this should also have the glx extension module for the 3d
stuff (if it isn't already included with the standard XFree stuff by
now).
Good luck.
Cheers
