I am having quite a difficult time installing front page extensions on my
redhat server. I am wondering if anyone knows of any good resources outside
of the Microsoft ones for installing and configuring the extensions.
I seem to be able to do compilations and such without any errors caught by
the installation, but have been having headaches with post installation
administration. I have got as far as having the extensions working , but the
site they were supporting did not authenticate the user.
After trying to fix this , I have made more of a mess and they don't work at
all. I am trying to install from a contribed rpm, which also has mod_ssl &
the recent apache release as well as FP.
Any suggestions or advice surrounding FP2000 would be appreciated.
As well, I am a little concerned about this in the error log:

mod_frontpage/3.0.4.3
mod_ssl/2.6.2 OpenSSL/0.9.5 configured -- resuming normal operations
Why is it mod_frontpage 3.0.4.3? I thought FP2000 was V 4?
