[linux-delhi] prb

I have made an account on linux 5.2(redhat) . Gave it the requsite 
rights to dial out. But it gives error :

 usr/sbin/pppd must be root to run since its not setuid-root.

I have tried changing group as well as owner but to no avail.Pls advice 
the way that would not jeopardise the seq of my sys and solve prb
