if you typed the rpm files exactly as you typed here then that could be the
problem. Try /RedHat/RPMS & lookup the other directory names.

I did that too and the problem arises when setup is asking me to point to
base and rpms files on my hdd. I point it to the partition /dev/hda5 (my
drive D in DOS) and to the paths: /redhat/base, /redhat/rpms,
