You mean an ODBC manager. Unlike NT and Win9x Linux doesn't come with an
ODBC manager. You have to install one - there are basically two choices
: unixODBC and iODBC. Once you install these, you have to get a
Oracle-unixODBc or similar driver. unixODBC has a nice GUI interface too
for configuring the DSN or you can just configure one by editing the
unixODBC DSN config file.
