I run the above DNS hack on Win95 (Rev A) and Win98 (not sure
exact version number) computers and it works fine in my situation. The
Win98's and 95's have the registry key as above so I didnt see why it
wouldn't work.

Not saying you're wrong, just saying maybe one should test to see if it
will work in their situation first before writing it off :-)
