Using diald

Hello everybody,

I'm starting my diald at my net router boot time. Unfortunately, it first
dials my modem when started, even if no one is using Internet. After a short
time, it shuts down the modem conection and then starts to work fine. Does
anybody know how to eliminate this initial dial?
