I installed diald-0.16.4-1.i386.rpm and diald-config-0.1-1.13.i386.rpm.
While following the documentation to setup diald I found that scripts
were installed that were more complicated than the documentation had
described. In fact these scripts were being used to try to start diald at
boot time but failed because of some missing files. After studying this
setup I like what it does if I can fix some minor problems.
The problem I have not figured out is in file
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/diald where it generates two files
/tmp/diald.filter & /tmp/diald.conf but then call diald without passing
the files. The files seem to be close to what I need but diald is not
getting the information. Does anyone know how this is supposed to work?
Thanks
