Gary,
I tried the 0.16.4 rpm and the config package you are describing.
Unfortunately I couldn't make it work for me. I can tell you how those config
files in /tmp are called. They are the target of include statements in the
regular diald.filter and diald.conf files in the default locations. Memory
fails me right now as to where those default files are, but it tells in the man
page.
Hope you have better luck than I did.
